Beloved, I am glad to share with you today on the divine promises to those who are winners of temptation. For humbling himself by becoming a human servant to fulfill the mission that the heavenly Father entrusted to him, he ministered without failure until death and was raised from the dead, ascended to heaven and seated at the right of God.
But what does the Bible tell us about the divine promises to the winners of temptation?
1-the power to walk on the evil powers: Luke 10.19 “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”
2-the certainty of the intercession of Christ: Luke 22: 31-32 31 “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”
3-Satan’s Crush: Romans 16.20 “The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.”
4-the possibility to escape: 1 Corinthians 10.13 ** ” No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”
5-an aid at the time of the test: Hebrew 2.18 ” Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. “
6-the final victory: James 4.7 “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
7-the reign with Christ: Revelation 3.21 “To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne.”
1 John 4.4 “You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.”
Revelation 3.10 ” Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.”
Our prayers strengthen you all in your efforts to wait for the promises made by the Almighty Lord.
PRAYER OF ACCEPTANCE OF JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND PERSONAL SAVIOR
I now invite anyone who wants to become a new creation by walking in the truth, to pray with me as follows :
Lord Jesus, I have long walked in the lusts of the world ignoring your love for humans. I acknowledge that I have sinned against you and ask forgiveness for all my sins, because today I have decided to give you my life by taking you as my Lord and personal Savior. I acknowledge that you died on the cross of Calvary and that you rose from the dead for me.
I am now saved and born again by the power of the Holy Spirit. Lead me each day to eternal life you give to all who obey your Word. Reveal to me and strengthen my heart and my faith so that your light may shine in my life right now.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for accepting me in your divine family so that I too can contemplate the wonders of your kingdom.
I will now choose a nearby waterpoint to baptize myself by immersion, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
To you all adoration, power, and glory, now and forever and ever. Amen!
