Beloved, I am glad to share with you today the above theme from Rev 20.1 and following. Indeed, Satan bound, nothing now stands in the way of the glorious reign of the Lord. We have been able to see that this Kingdom, contrary to the thoughts of many, will not be brought about by a gradual improvement of the world, but by judgments. Car, chers children of God, Christ wants to share his authority with us (Dn 7:15-18). Let us not fraternize today with a world that we will judge tomorrow (1 Cor 6:1-3). Indeed, we read: “I saw thrones; and to those who sat there were given the power to judge.  When John saw them, the thrones were already occupied, and instead of being the objects of judgment, those who sit there, exercise it because it is given to them. Who are these people whom we see so invested with such glorious judicial authority, and who reign with Christ, as we see below? Obviously, these are the same saints that we first saw represented by the elders in heaven, then by the elders and the animals, then by the bride and the guests at the wedding banquet, and finally by the armies that come out of heaven following the Lord.

The second thing that is important to observe here is that John sees souls, the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God. If we refer to Rev 6. 9, we will recognize there these martyrs seen under the altar, as the ashes of a holocaust offered to God. They had cried out to the Sovereign Master to avenge their blood on their enemies, and they had been told to wait a little longer until others, their fellow servants and brothers, had been put to death. Here the latter also appear. It was the martyrs who suffered when the beast rose in its last form, with blasphemous pretensions, and the second beast had put to death all those who did not want to worship the beast, nor to pay homage to its image, nor to take its mark (Rev 13). They form the third class mentioned in this passage.

Then, the book of life is therefore opened here only to show that those who are judged, are excluded from it. It is only a resurrection of judgment; for none of those who stand before the throne has his name written there. Moreover, the death and sojourn of the dead, personified as enemies, come to an end. “And the death and sojourn of the dead were thrown into the lake of fire: this is the second death, the lake of fire.” All action of the Lord, in relation to the soul and the body, is thus finished; the whole human race is now in the state of resurrection for happiness or for misfortune, and it is forever. The death and sojourn of the dead who for so long have carried out the sentence against sin in a world where sin reigned and will carry it out, where justice will reign, disappear completely where all traces of sin are erased forever.

The following verses have been compiled for your edification and grouped together for your better understanding.

Satan bound for a thousand years:

  • Elevation of the Saints

Ps 91:14 Since he loves me, I will deliver him; I will protect him, since he knows my name.  Isaiah 58:14 Then thou shalt put thy pleasure in the Lord, and I will make you ascend to the heights of the land, I will make you enjoy the inheritance of Jacob, your father; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.  Dn 12:3 Those who have been intelligent will shine like the splendor of heaven, and those who have taught righteousness to the multitude will shine like the stars, forever and in perpetuity.  Ha 3:19 The Lord, the Lord, is my strength; He makes my feet like those of deer, and he makes me walk on my high places. To the leader of the cantors. With stringed instruments.  Luke 19:17 He said to him, “It is good, good servant; because you have been faithful in little, receive the government of ten cities.  1 Cor 6:2 Don’t you know that the Saints will judge the world? And if it is by you that the world is judged, are you unworthy of making the slightest judgments?  Rev 3:21 He who overcomes, I will have him sit with me on my throne, as I have conquered and sat with my Father on his throne.

  • Loyalty Rewards

Mt 24:45 Who, then, is the faithful and prudent servant that his master has established upon his people to give them food at the right time?  Luke 19:17 He said to him: It is good, good servant; because you have been faithful in little, receive the government of ten cities.  Rev 2:10 Do not fear what you will suffer. Behold, the devil will throw some of you into prison, so that you may be tested, and you will have a tribulation of ten days. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.  Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones; and to those who sat there were given the power to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of the witness of Jesus and because of the word of God, and of those who had not worshipped the beast or its image, and who had not received the mark on their foreheads and on their hands. They came back to life, and they ruled with Christ for a thousand years.

  • General examples of Beatitudes

Ps 1:1 Blessed is the man who does not walk according to the counsel of the wicked, Who does not stop on the way of sinners, And who does not sit in the company of mockers, Ps 112:1 Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who finds great pleasure in his commandments.  Esa 32:20 Blessed are you who everywhere sow along the waters, and who leave the foot of the ox and the donkey unhindered!  Mt 11:6 Blessed is he for whom I will not be an opportunity to fall!  Jn 20:29 Because you saw me, you believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, and who have believed!  Rev 14:13 And I heard from heaven a voice that said: Write: Blessed now are the dead who die in the Lord! Yes, says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors, for their works follow them.  Rev 22:7 And behold, I am coming soon. -Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book!

  • General Resurrection of All Men

Dn 12:2 Many who sleep in the dust of the earth will wake up, some for eternal life, and others for opprobrium, for eternal shame.  John 5:28-29 Do not be surprised by this; for the hour comes when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice, and come out of it. 29 Those who have done good will be resurrected for life, but those who have done evil will be resurrected for judgment.  Acts 24:15 and having in God this hope, as they themselves have, that there will be a resurrection of the just and the unjust.  Rev 20:13 The sea rendered the dead who were in it, the death and sojourn of the dead made the dead who were in them; and each was judged according to his works.

From all the above, we note that many years of blessing will not have changed the heart of man.  For Satan untied will succeed in raising a final and gigantic revolt of the nations to which God will respond with a summary and lightning judgment. Now the solemn hour rings among all: Hb 9:24-28 is fulfilled – but also Jn 5:21-25. All the dead appear before the Great Judge. There were many differences between them during their earthly lives. Some have been great, honored by their fellows, others small or even banished from society. Here they are all together, without further distinction, “for all have sinned… (Rom 3:20-26). To prove it, books are opened where everyone finds with terror all his works inscribed one by one. And who can bear the reading, even of a single page of the book of his works! The book of life is open too. But only to confirm that their names are not there. Throw them into the darkness outside – is the sentence of the Supreme Judge. They join Satan, becoming his companions of misery for a hopeless and endless torment… The believer will not be judged according to his works, but according to the perfect work of the Lord Jesus.  Our prayers are with you all.

PRAYER OF ACCEPTANCE OF JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND PERSONAL SAVIOR

I now invite every person who wants to become a new creation by walking in the truth, to pray with me the following prayer:

Lord Jesus, I have long walked in the lusts of the world ignoring your love for humans. I admit to having sinned against you and ask your forgiveness for all my sins, because today I have decided to give you my life by taking you as Lord and personal Savior. I recognize that you died on the cross of Calvary and rose from the dead for me.

I am now saved and born again by the power of the Holy Spirit. Lead me every day to the eternal life that you give to all who obey your Word. Reveal yourself to me and strengthen my heart and faith, so that your light may shine in my life right now.

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for accepting me into your divine family, so that I may also contemplate the wonders of your kingdom.

I will now choose a nearby waterpoint to baptize myself by immersion, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

All adoration, power and glory are yours, now and forever and ever. Amen!

I would be happy to respond to any questions and comments you may have, before sharing with you tomorrow “a new heaven and a new earth. »

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you abundantly.

David Feze, Servant of the Almighty God.
